  • MoHA Rolling Open Call Form

  • Rolling Open Call, is our organizer pool for MoHA First Saturday programming. These are events where we activate multiple spaces at MoHA to enable affordable, collective use of space, marketing, and resources, to increase community access and visibility.

First time presenter? Looking to engage with the creative community? Seeking a low-key spot to share your practice, artwork, or wares? Low/No budget? Submit here!

Things that work well are: drop-in workshops or demos, pop-up exhibitions, tabling about a project or cause, vending creative goods, performance art. At our First Saturday events, we anticipate ~100 attendees who will be mingling between the various activities of the evening.

    We can provide:

    • A designated area within shared space in our venue, gallery or outdoor area.
    • If requested: a table, access to power, access to wall space, seating, a laptop and/or flatscreen tv(limited availability).
    • Depending on what else is happening across the night, we may be able to provide: mic/pa setup (limited), simple lighting, performance space.

    You provide:

    • Something that celebrates, examines, explores our First Saturday theme, that you would like to share with the community.

We’re looking particularly for smaller scale and self-sufficient proposals for these events. If you are interested in working with MoHA on a larger scale project, requiring more space, time, ticketing, labor, A/V, lighting, or technical assistance, please fill out our Event Inquiry form.
