    • Result: Reactive / Unstructured

Your results suggest that identifying problems, making decisions, and following through on solutions may currently be a challenge. You may find it difficult to analyze situations clearly, make confident decisions, or take consistent action when faced with problems or uncertainty.

At this stage, the focus should be on building structured thinking habits, improving decision-making confidence, and developing a more consistent approach to problem solving. Small improvements in analysis, judgment, and follow-through can significantly improve results and effectiveness.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Clearly define problems before taking action
      • Gather relevant information before making decisions
      • Build confidence through small, low-risk decisions
      • Focus on following through and completing solutions
    • Result: Developing Thinker

Your results indicate that you have the ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively, but consistency and confidence may be limiting your overall effectiveness. While you are capable of analyzing situations and identifying solutions, hesitation, overthinking, or inconsistent follow-through may sometimes impact outcomes.

At this stage, the focus should be on strengthening decision-making confidence, improving structured thinking, and developing a more consistent approach to solving problems. Building trust in your judgment can help improve both speed and effectiveness.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Strengthen structured problem-solving habits
      • Build confidence when making decisions
      • Avoid overthinking and unnecessary delays
      • Improve consistency in execution and follow-through
    • Result: Effective Problem Solver

Your results show that you are an effective problem solver who demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. You are generally able to analyze situations objectively, evaluate options, and take action that leads to positive outcomes.

You have developed strong problem-solving habits and can be relied upon to make thoughtful decisions. Continued growth should focus on increasing decisiveness, expanding strategic thinking, and taking greater ownership of complex challenges and outcomes.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Increase confidence and speed in decision-making
      • Take ownership of more complex problems and challenges
      • Expand strategic and long-term thinking
      • Continue refining judgment and solution effectiveness
    • Result: Highly Collaborative Leader

Your results indicate exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills. You consistently build trust, support others, communicate effectively, and create an environment where people work together successfully toward shared goals. Your positive influence helps strengthen team performance and relationships.

At this level, your focus should shift from being a strong contributor to helping others collaborate more effectively. You are well-positioned to lead teams, mentor colleagues, strengthen team culture, and drive collaboration across the organization.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Lead by example and promote collaboration across teams
      • Mentor and support others in developing teamwork skills
      • Strengthen team culture, trust, and engagement
      • Focus on broader leadership impact and organizational success
