  • Every participant is granted a 10x10 space. Unless noted below.

    You are responsible for supplying your own table, tent and chairs. Unless noted below. We strongly recommend the use of a tent.

    We also ask that you set up, take down and clean your booth area each day that you participate.

    Electricity is available for an additional $250. Bring your own extension cords.

    The Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

     

    IMPORTANT: Per the City of Chicago- Business Affairs Consumer Protection, a Pop-Up Retail License is issued to any organizer of a short-term trade show, exhibition, event etc. taking place in the City of Chicago where there will be vendors selling merchandise or providing services. Vendor fee included in price.

  • This is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be given. It is a three-day event, and vendors are expected to be present all three days.

    Set up begins on Friday, September 11th at 12pm. All vehicles must be off the street no later than 3pm on Friday. You will not be able to bring your vehicle into the fest on Sunday until the fest is closed and people have vacated the premises. We suggest using a dolly or wagon.

    Your assigned space will be given upon arrival. The numbers will be painted on the street. We will have the items that you requested on your vendor application available.
