The undersigned Member of the National Auction Association (NAA) authorizes the National Auction Association Political Action Committee (NAA PAC), NAA personnel, or agents acting on behalf of NAA PAC, during the years indicated below, to solicit contributions from the Member’s executive and administrative personnel and their families (what the Federal Election Commission refers to as the “Restricted Class”).
The Member acknowledges that receipt of a completed Prior Authorization Form is necessary prior to any solicitation, even by the Member, of contributions to NAA PAC by the Restricted Class. The Member acknowledges that it cannot authorize another trade association political action committee to solicit contributions from the Restricted Class and, conversely, that Member cannot approve solicitations by NAA PAC if it has already authorized solicitations by another trade association political action committee for any calendar indicated on this Prior Authorization Form.
Please note, you are under no obligation to contribute to NAA PAC, and you have the right to decline to participate without fear of any reprisal or retribution from NAA. The decision to contribute is strictly an individual and voluntary decision. It will have no effect or bearing on your membership standing.
