9.2.2  If a member misses a swimming lesson for a valid reason (such as illness, school camps, or religious events like Ramadan), they do not need to provide proof such as medical certificates. Make – up classes can be booked via the Client Portal.
Each member can have up to 6 make-up lessons per semester: 
Semester 1: January to June 
Semester 2: July to December 
All make-up lessons will expire three (3) months from the date of missed class. These are non-refundable, and if swimming lesson membership is cancelled, all unused make-up classes are void.

9.2.3 You may not suspend your membership if you have given written notice
