No Art Liverpool 2026: Resident Access Pass.
To ensure the safety of everybody involved, we have to deploy several road closures around Otterspool Prom on 08/08/26. We appreciate this isn't ideal, but it's to ensure the wellbeing of everyone in the area.

During the times of light restrictions, we have worked to ensure residents can leave/enter their street despite the road closures.

That said, from 21:00 there becomes some hard restrictions that are unavoidable. Unfortunately, after this time, even with a pass you cannot enter or leave until 23:59.

We appreciate the impact this has on people who live in the local area, so we have worked incredibly hard to balance safety and needs of the residents.

The deadline to apply for a Resident Access Pass is 3rd August 2026.

We will aim to deliver all Resident Access Passes, however undelivered passes will also be collectable from the Box Office.
