Tommy Wanserski lived life with kindness, generosity, and a genuine love for people. He had a servant's heart, a contagious sense of humor, and a way of making others feel welcome and valued. He loved fiercely, gave freely, and found joy in creating memories with family and friends.

After courageously battling a brain tumor, Tommy passed away in 2021, but the impact he made on those around him continues to be felt every day. Those who knew him know that his legacy is not defined by his illness, but by the way he lived—with compassion, gratitude, and an unwavering commitment to others.

The Tommy Open and the Wanserski Foundation were created to carry that spirit forward.

Through this annual event and the work of the Foundation, we are committed to keeping Tommy's legacy alive through acts of love, service, and support. By bringing people together and helping families facing the challenges of a brain tumor diagnosis, we hope to continue the kindness and generosity that Tommy so naturally shared with others.
