Company Contract

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and reviewed the Dance Theatre South Company Handbook – 2026/2027. I understand that this edition supersedes all previous versions of the DTS Company Handbook and that it is my responsibility to retain a copy for future reference.

I have read and understand the policies, expectations, and procedures outlined in the Handbook, and I agree to abide by them as a condition of my continued participation with Dance Theatre South.

Should I have any questions or require clarification regarding the contents of the Handbook, I understand that I am responsible for consulting the Rehearsal Director, Sarah Eubanks.

I acknowledge the following financial commitments associated with company membership:

• Company dues - $500 
• Performance fee includes: Cast Party, Show Video, Show T-shirt, and Matinee Meal
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check payable to DTS, or Venmo: @DTSdance

Payment Options:

OPTION 1: Pay the full $500 amount at the Company Placement Audition on August 31st

OPTION 2: Pay $350 at the Company Placement Audition and sell $150 in program advertisements. If your dancer does not sell the full $150 in ads, the remaining balance is due by October 1st. Any adsvertisement sales proceeds are also due by October 1st. 

Additional information regarding the program advertisement fundraiser will be provided at the pre-season meeting. 

I understand that the contents of the Company Handbook are subject to change. Any updates or revisions will be communicated via email, and it is my responsibility to print and retain these updates as part of my official Company Handbook.
