Please carefully read and acknowledge the following terms:

I understand that selection as a Young Performer with Dance Theatre South (DTS) is a privilege. I recognize that this opportunity carries additional responsibilities, and that all DTS rehearsals, fees, and performances are entirely separate from those of Elevate Dance & Fitness Studio.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following commitments:

• My dancer is required to attend a minimum of one ballet class per week
• My dancer is expected to participate in all scheduled rehearsals in preparation for performances
• I will provide prior notice if my dancer must be absent from a scheduled rehearsal.
• I understand that parent volunteer support is essential, and I will participate as needed throughout the season
• A performance fee of $250 is due at the DTS placement audition on Monday, August 31st
• Performance fee includes: Cast Party, Show T-shirt, Show Video, and Matinee Meal
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check payable to DTS, or Venmo: @DTSdance

I am committed to supporting DTS's mission of cultivating dedicated and disciplined dancers. I will ensure that my child arrives at class and rehearsal properly dressed, with appropriate hair and attire. I will teach my child to demonstrate respect and appreciation for instructors, directors, and fellow dancers.

I agree to serve as a positive representative of DTS in the community and on social media. I understand that all fees are non-refundable, and I accept the terms of this agreement in full. I further agree to comply with, and support my dancer in complying with, all program expectations.
