The prize draw is run by Urban Miners Charitable Trust, a not-for-profit community organisation based in the Waipā District, New Zealand.

One (1) prize is available, consisting of a free one-off e-waste collection or drop-off credit to the value of NZ$500. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The draw is open to businesses operating within the Waipā District. Employees, Board members and volunteers of Urban Miners are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must complete the Urban Miners Business Survey in full and provide a valid business email address in the prize draw entry field. One entry per business. Multiple entries from the same business will be disqualified.

The draw will take place on 9 July 2026. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days, an alternative winner may be selected.

Email addresses collected for the prize draw will be used solely to notify the winner and will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Urban Miners reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw if circumstances require. No liability is accepted for any loss arising from participation.
