• Tiny Vet Clinic (TVC) Registration

  • Important Information for Clients

This form is for disadvantaged pet owners who hold a valid Healthcare Card.

If your pet requires urgent veterinary care, please visit your local veterinarian rather than waiting for the next Tiny Vet Clinic. Any veterinarian can submit an financial assistance application on your behalf.

Please note that the Tiny Vet Clinic does not perform surgical procedures, including desexing or lump removals.

🚫 Important: To help our team manage appointments fairly, any registrations submitted on the day of a clinic will not be accepted.

Clinics are scheduled to run on the first three Wednesdays of each month from 10am - 12pm, subject to volunteer vet availability. Please understand that on occasion, clinics may need to be cancelled if there is extreme weather or a vet is not available — this is outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

👉We operate on a triage system; urgent cases will always be seen first. If you are attending for a vaccination, there may be times when it needs to be postponed until a later clinic.

👉Please note: if you arrive after 11:30am, there’s a chance we may not be able to see your pet, even if you are registered.

All consultations at the Tiny Vet Clinic are free of charge. However, pet owners are required to contribute to the cost of medications, vaccinations, and microchipping, unless prior arrangements have been approved by our administration team.

You can find us at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston next to RSPCA ACT.
