Supplier Acknowledgements
Towing Vehicle Requirement || Majority of event sites do not accommodate parking for towing vehicles at the same location as the trader. The towing vehicle must be parked off site.
Power/Water/Gas Requirements || All cabling, power needs are to be test and tagged prior to attending the site. All Vendors must be self powered and require no external main power, gas or water connections.
External Fixtures Safety Acknowledgement || (umbrellas, signs, waste bins etc.) should be sturdy and windproof, made of quality materials and be well designed and constructed to be safe to use, without sharp edges or other features likely to cause injury.
Terms and conditions
Arrival Time || All vendors will be allocated an arrival slot, if any vendors are earlier or later than their allotment. The event organiser has the right to refuse entry to the event to trade, if this requirement is not adhered to
Access Pass Acknowledgement || As we hold events in some locations with full road closures, the food truck parking pass must be PRINTED and displayed. The event organiser has the right to refuse entry to the event to trade, if this requirement is not adhered to
Code of Conduct Acknowledgement || It is requested that you and your team conduct yourselves in a professional manner at all times and refrain from any behaviour or activities that may harm the reputation or the wellbeing of others, or could bring either party into disrepute.
Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement || In the event of a cancellation initiated by The Event Mill or Local Shire for any reason, we will alert all vendors of this change as soon as possible.
Privacy and use of information acknowledgement | The Event Mill collects and stores personal information provided in this application. Information will be handled securely, used only for legitimate business purposes, and will not be shared without consent unless required by law. By submitting this application, you consent to the collection and use of your information for these purposes.
