IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ONLY USE THIS FORM IF YOU INTEND TO USE ST. JOHN'S CHURCH, PENISTONE AS YOUR VENUE.

If you have already spoken with the Church you will still need to complete this booking form or your event will not be scheduled.

Availability and final scheduling will be agreed between Penistone Arts Week and St John’s Church, Penistone.

PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM.  

FCONDITIONS OF USE:

- St John's is a working Church and priority should be given to those in need of it's original use.

- If you are charging an entry fee, a minimum of 25% should be donated to St John's Church in order to cover running costs.

- It is your responsibility to ensure you set up and clear down, therefore it is imperative you allow sufficient time for both setting up and returning furniture and equipment to their original locations after your event. We ask that set-up and clear-down times are kept to a minimum wherever possible, enabling maximum use of this shared finite resource.

- Please leave the Church clean and remove all rubbish.

- The Church is a no smoking and no vaping venue.

- Please respect other users of the Church. As this is a shared space, other exhibitors and events may be exhibiting and the care of one another's work is therefore essential. Please do not move work unless given permission to do so.

- Availability and final scheduling will be agreed between Penistone Arts Week and St John’s Church, Penistone and you will be emailed clarification.
