Housebuilder Protection Protocol

Our Proguard Housebuilder Protection Protocol provides recommended temporary protection products for each key stage of your housebuild process. Based on the number of plots entered, the recommended product quantities are intended to support project planning, procurement, and phased call-off throughout the build.

Implementing the Housebuilder Protection Standard helps minimise damage to completed works, reduce costly rework and material waste, improve site efficiency, and maintain consistent quality from groundworks through to final handover.

The allocation rates provided are based on industry best practice and are intended as a planning guide. Actual requirements may vary depending on development design, specification, and site conditions. For a tailored recommendation or project-specific call-off schedule.
