Data Usage & Access Complaint Form

This form is for complaints relating to your data held by Happy Hypnotherapy where you believe that there has been inappropriate use or sharing of your information beyond that which you have consented to by us. By submitting this form you consent to our using your information to investigate your complaint and contacting you with relation to your complaint and it's progress.

 

Upon receipt of your complaint we will investigate your complaint and keep you updated without undue delay in accordance with the Data Usage and Access Act (DUAA) 2025.

 

We never share or sell client contact information.

 

We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction however, if you are unsatisified with the outcome, you have the right to raise your complaint with the Information Comissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
