Falcon Elite Camp Registration

Welcome to the Falcon Elite Camp hosted by Friends University Wrestling and the Falcon Regional Training Center!

Whether you’re a young wrestler looking to build your skills or a high school athlete interested in competing at the collegiate level, Falcon Elite Camp provides an exciting opportunity to learn from one of the top wrestling programs in the NAIA.

Participants will receive high-level technical instruction, interact with Friends University coaches and wrestlers, and experience the culture that has helped produce conference champions, national qualifiers, All-Americans, and nationally recognized academic success.

• Check-In: 8:30–9:00 AM
• Camp: 9:00–11:00 AM

Grades 7–12 (Prospects)
• Check-In: 9:30–10:00 AM
• Campus Tour: 10:00–11:00 AM
• Admissions & Campus Ministries: 11:00–11:30 AM
• Singlet Pictures & Snacks: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
• Technique Camp: 12:30–2:30 PM

Cost: $40 per wrestler
Camp Shirt: The first 50 registered campers will receive a complimentary camp shirt.
Capacity: Limited to 80 campers per age group.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Friends University Wrestling and Falcon Regional Training Center on July 24th, 2026. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Friends University Wrestling and Falcon Regional Training Center and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from Friends University or Falcon Regional Trianing Center Camps.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Friends University and Falcon Regional Training Center, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. I understand there is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including Wrestling. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

Photo Disclaimer

Participants in the Friends University or Falcon Regional Training Center Camp understand that publicity photographs may be taken during the event and their image/photographic likeness may appear in photographs taken during the Friends University or Falcon RTC Camps

By registering for the Friends University or Falcon Regional Training Center Camp, you hereby give permission that photos containing the Participant's image/likeness may be used for publicity or general information purposes including publication on the Friends Wrestling or Falcon Regional Training Center Instagram, Website, social media or within other publicity which may be seen by the general public.

The Friends Wrestling Team or Falcon Regional Training Center will not seek any further permission nor provide any notification before using such photos.

Medical Release and Authorization

As Parent and/or Guardian of the named athlete, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

Permission is also granted to the Friends Wrestling Team and Falcon Regional Training Center and its affiliates including Directors, Coaches, and Staff to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility.

This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

Confirmation

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
