AGROVA Group has established a whistleblowing and confidential reporting system that enables employees and other interested parties to safely report suspected breaches, non-compliance or risks relating to AGROVA Group companies in Latvia and the United Kingdom.
A report may be submitted by selecting the country to which it relates, after which the reporting section applicable to that country will appear automatically.
A report may be submitted either by identifying yourself or anonymously. Anonymous reports will be assessed based on the information provided; however, please note that it may not be possible to provide individual feedback or certain legal protection guarantees to an anonymous reporter where such guarantees require the reporter to be identified.
Reports may concern matters related to food safety, product safety, authenticity, legality and quality, animal welfare, biosecurity, health and safety, environment, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, human rights or labour rights breaches, data protection, information security, as well as breaches of AGROVA Group policies, procedures or ethical principles.
The reporter’s identity and the information contained in the report will be protected and disclosed only to persons who need it for the purpose of reviewing the report or fulfilling legal obligations. In Latvian companies, whistleblower personal data will be pseudonymised in accordance with the Latvian Whistleblowing Law, where the report is recognised as a whistleblower report. In United Kingdom companies, the reporter’s identity will be protected in accordance with confidentiality, restricted-access and data protection requirements.
