National Gathering 2026 Artisan Booth Exhibitor Application

Celebrate your handmade and artisanal creations while connecting with educators from across the country.
Key Event Information:
- Location: Winnipeg, MB at the RBC Convention Centre
- Artisan Vending Dates: November 19th & 20th, 2026
- Application Deadline: July 17th, 2026
- Artisan Fee: $750
- Payment Deadline: August 21st, 2026 (*if payment is not received by the deadline, we will move to offer the spot to an artisan on the waitlist)
- Included in Registration Fee:
  - Two (2) 6-ft tables and two (2) chairs (additional furniture is the artisan's responsibility and can be ordered through the RBC Convention Centre)
  - Light breakfast, lunch, and light snacks for two people on November 19th & 20th, 2026
Important Notice: The artisan booths are part of a larger tradeshow featuring approximately 100 booths. There are 10 spaces available for artisan exhibitors.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee your placement at National Gathering. Successful applicants will be notified of their status by August 7th, 2026.
