Welcome to the TLS Lens Customisation portal. Please complete this form to help us deliver precise, high-efficiency engraving and design tailored exactly to your specifications.

To guide you seamlessly through the process, this form is divided into distinct sections covering each phase of our custom lens design.

Please note: Custom engraving requests and specialised colour schemes may incur additional charges (minimum charge of £150 per customisation). Any applicable fees will be calculated and added to your final invoice.

In the next section, you’ll find our main customisation options. Our interactive form guides you through the choices, making it simple to select your preferred design, colours, and layout. This also helps clarify any additional costs and ensures your customisation details are captured accurately.

Complex instructions can be emailed to customisations@truelens.co.uk

Logos or designs requiring engraving must be provided as DXF files and emailed to customisations@truelens.co.uk

Please note that smaller focal lengths sometimes have smaller covers, which may limit engraving space and require resizing or the omission of some details.

Text Options

Please select your preferred font from the options above or from TrueType (TTF) fonts (commonly used in Microsoft products).

We’re happy to accommodate custom font requests. Please note that custom fonts must be licensed for commercial use, and additional fees may apply.

Paint Options

The above colours are the ones we always keep in stock.

We can accept paints supplied by you, or we can order them on your behalf, with paint fees and delivery costs added to your final invoice.

Any other paint colours must be enamel and preferably from Revell or Humbrol.

We will provide a photo of a test part based on the information submitted in this form. This ensures you are fully satisfied and that all details have been accurately interpreted and applied before proceeding with final engraving.

Approval must be given before any full production work begins.

If any changes are requested after the test piece has been produced, further charges may apply.
