Fairways & Dreams, LLC will provide trip coordination services for your golf trip based on the preferences discussed during the consultation process. Services include researching and comparing lodging options, developing a custom golf itinerary, coordinating tee time reservations based on supplier booking policies and availability, and providing planning support leading up to the trip.

• Comparison of up to three lodging options with pricing, key features, and recommendations.
• Development of a custom golf itinerary.
• Tee time booking coordination during applicable booking windows, subject to supplier availability.
• Trip coordination and communication throughout the planning process.
• Coordination with golf courses, lodging providers, and other travel suppliers as needed.

Specific golf courses and tee times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to supplier booking policies and availability.

By signing below, I authorize Fairways & Dreams, LLC to charge the Trip Coordination Fee. I understand this fee is non-refundable and covers the professional planning and coordination services described above. Travel arrangements, accommodations, golf, airfare, transportation, and other trip expenses are billed separately.
