    I understand that I am volunteering for the No Hair Left Behind 2026 event hosted by Scissors Society Inc. at the Connecticut Convention Center on Monday, August 31, 2026.

    I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I assume responsibility for my own health and safety while participating in event activities. I release and hold harmless Scissors Society Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and event organizers from any claims, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

    I understand that photographs, video recordings, and media content may be captured during the event. I grant Scissors Society Inc. permission to use my image, likeness, and voice for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.

    I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
