Combination Dance - Ages 5 to 8 (Jazz & Tap)

Kinder Dance Fees: $450 per season - HST included

Classes are 30 minutes in length and created for our 3 & 4 year olds only

Can be paid yearly or in 9 monthly installments of $50 each

All Other Class Fees: $558 per season, per class - HST included

Classes are 45 minutes in length

Can be paid yearly or in 9 monthly installments of $62 each

Solo Fees: $738 per season, per solo - HST included

Classes are 30 minutes in length

Can be paid yearly or in 9 monthly installments of $82 each

Duet/Trio Fees: $648 per season, per student - HST included

Classes are 30 minutes in length

Can be paid yearly or in 9 monthly installments of $72 each

As parent/guardian of the above named dancer, I release Studio C Dance School Inc., its owners, instructors, and contractors from any and all claims and demands for damages, illness, loss or injury, which may be sustained by me, our son or daughter, while participating in any activity with Studio C Dance School Inc. I voluntarily assume all risks connected with these dancing activities.

As parent/guardian of the above named dancer, I give Studio C Dance School Inc. and its legal representatives the right to use my son/daughters picture for advertising and information purposes, in all forms and media, including but not limited to: the studio website, social media and print publications. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith.
