It measures your ability to demonstrate ownership, follow through on responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and remain accountable for outcomes.

The assessment helps identify strengths in accountability, reliability, initiative, follow-through, and personal responsibility while highlighting opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Based on your responses, the assessment places you into a performance category ranging from Avoidant / Low Ownership to Highly Accountable. Each result provides personalized insights, development opportunities, and practical recommendations to help strengthen accountability, improve follow-through, and increase overall effectiveness and reliability.

    • Result: Avoidant / Low Ownership

Your results suggest that taking ownership of responsibilities, commitments, and outcomes may currently be a challenge. You may sometimes avoid accountability, struggle with follow-through, or rely on external factors when results do not meet expectations.

At this stage, the focus should be on building accountability habits, strengthening personal responsibility, and improving consistency in follow-through. Small commitments, completed consistently, can help build trust, reliability, and long-term success.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Take greater ownership of responsibilities and commitments
      • Improve follow-through on tasks and promises
      • Accept responsibility for outcomes without excuses
      • Develop habits that build accountability and reliability
    • Result: Inconsistent Ownership

Your results indicate that you take responsibility and demonstrate accountability in some situations, but consistency may be limiting your overall effectiveness. While you are capable of following through on commitments and taking ownership of results, these behaviors may not always occur consistently when challenges or pressure arise.

At this stage, the focus should be on strengthening ownership habits, improving follow-through, and developing greater consistency in meeting commitments and responsibilities. Building reliable accountability practices will help increase trust, dependability, and performance over time.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Strengthen follow-through on commitments and responsibilities
      • Develop a more consistent ownership mindset
      • Improve communication regarding progress and accountability
      • Build habits that support reliability, responsibility, and trust
    • Result: Accountable

Your results show that you are generally accountable, reliable, and responsible in your work. You consistently take ownership of your commitments, follow through on responsibilities, and demonstrate a willingness to be accountable for outcomes and results.

You have developed strong accountability habits and are viewed as dependable by others. Continued growth should focus on taking greater initiative, expanding responsibility, and proactively driving results beyond assigned expectations.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Take greater initiative and ownership of opportunities
      • Increase personal standards and expectations for performance
      • Communicate proactively and keep others informed
      • Expand responsibility and contribute beyond assigned tasks
    • Result: Highly Accountable

Your results indicate exceptional accountability and ownership. You consistently take responsibility for your actions, commitments, and results while demonstrating a strong sense of reliability, initiative, and personal responsibility. Others can depend on you to follow through, solve problems, and deliver on expectations.

At this level, your focus should shift from personal accountability to influencing and developing accountability in others. You are well-positioned to take on leadership responsibilities, drive high-impact initiatives, and serve as a role model for ownership, reliability, and performance excellence.

      Focus Moving Forward:

      • Lead by example and model accountability for others
      • Take ownership of larger, high-impact responsibilities
      • Mentor and support others in developing accountability habits
      • Focus on strategic thinking, influence, and organizational impact
