Overview

This registration form is only to be used by those families who have completed at least one year and will continue in the 2026-2027 school year in a Catholic school. If your child meets one of these criteria and is preparing to receive Confirmation in the 8th grade or later at the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Please complete each section below as completely and accurately as possible. Once you have completed registration and submitted payment, you will receive confirmation of registration and payment from the CFF office to the email address you enter below. There is a $50 registration fee which can be paid by credit or debit card, CashApp, or Afterpay (4 installments of $12.50). If you are unable to pay online, please enter CASH in the coupon code box, and you will receive an invoice by email on how to pay by cash. If you are unable to pay the registration fee and need assistance, please email Ana Muina in our office at anam@stcatherinercc.org.

Parish Registration

If you are not a St. Catherine's parishioner and have a child in the 8th grade at St. Catherine's grade school, and you are seeking to have your child confirmed at St. Catherine's parish, you must request a letter from your pastor giving permission for them to be confirmed at St. Catherine's. Please have this letter emailed to Kathy Boughner at kathyb@stcatherinercc.org.

Not a St. Catherine's parishioner. If you are not currently a registered parishioner of St. Catherine's, you must register before proceeding by visiting our website at www.stcatherinercc.org/parish-registration unless your child will be attending St. Catherine's grade school and will be receiving Confirmation at the end of the 8th grade. In this case, please request a letter from our pastor giving permission for them to be confirmed at St. Catherine's and have the letter emailed to Stephanie Quinlan at stephanieq@stcatherinercc.org.

Registration Fee

There is a $50 fee per family which can be paid by selecting one of the options below.

Credit Card - allows you to make a one-time payment using your credit or debit card.

CashApp - allows you to make a one-time payment using your CashApp account.

Afterpay - allows you to make four separate payments of $12.50 over a period of six weeks.

You will select your payment method below. If you choose to pay by CashApp or Afterpay, after you hit Submit Registration at the bottom, you will be taken to their external payment site to complete the transaction. If you do not complete the payment, you will be able to return to this form and choose another payment. If you do not receive an email verifying your submission, you will need to complete the registration again.
