The proposal and associated project documents are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
The current scope includes demolition of existing bathroom finishes, bathtub replacement, custom arched tub surround construction, waterproofing, tile installation, installation of owner-supplied antique marble sink and fixtures, plumbing and electrical modifications, finish carpentry, and project completion. Decorative microcement/plaster finishes, painted wall finish scope, and custom storage cubby construction have been removed from the current agreement and may be completed as a future phase.
