A strong contract will help us recruit and retain skilled employees, ensure accurate reporting and compensation for all hours worked, improve the experience we provide to our clients, and help transform Dreamclinic into a market leader that delivers the highest quality care to our communities.
Our bargaining team has proposed important improvements and protections, including but not limited to:
- Fair wages, including preserving our current compensation practices
- PTO that is accurately tracked for all scheduled hours
- Maintaining a four-day work week
- Preserving current full-time and part-time work requirements
- A fair and effective grievance process
