By participating in this program I understand and agree that neither the Yukon Chamber of Commerce, or any of its agents, servants, board members, volunteers or employees may be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the aforementioned program which may result in injury, death or other damages to me or my property or my family, heirs, or assigns. In consideration for being allowed to participate in said program, I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with said program and I further hereby release the aforementioned Yukon Chamber of Commerce and its agents, servants, board members, volunteers and employees from liability resulting of and from any harm, injury or damage which may befall me while I am preparing for or participating in activities associated with said program including all risks connected therewith.
