NO RESERVE AUCTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I understand that Tyler Grace Auctions LLC conducts this as a NO RESERVE AUCTION, meaning there is no guarantee on price. Items may sell to the highest bidder for any amount, and Tyler Grace Auctions LLC may sell items individually, in groups, as miscellaneous box lots, or in any manner it determines appropriate.

CONSIGNED ITEMS
The consignor hereby consigns the listed items to Tyler Grace Auctions LLC for sale. Items not individually listed that are found in bulk lots, miscellaneous boxes, containers, drawers, cabinets, or within other consigned property may also be included in the auction.

Tyler Grace Auctions LLC, at its sole discretion, may offer items for sale through a no reserve auction, reserve auction, straight sale, grouped lots, individual lots, or any other method deemed appropriate. This may occur without additional notice to the consignor.

No items may be withdrawn from the auction once accepted for consignment without the express written consent of Tyler Grace Auctions LLC.

COMMISSION
Tyler Grace Auctions LLC shall receive and retain from the proceeds of the sale a commission of 45% of the Hammer Price (Hammer Price being the highest actaul bid placed.) 45% for Items picked up off site. And 25% of Hammer Price for Items dropped off ayt our physical location. These commissions apply for $10.01 and above.

Items that sell for $10.00 or less shall be subject to a 50% commission. Buyer's Premium collected from purchasers is retained by Tyler Grace Auctions LLC and is not included in consignor proceeds.

PAYMENT
Tyler Grace Auctions LLC shall pay the consignor the net proceeds received from the sale usually within 10 to 14 business days after payment has been received from the purchaser for all items consigned. Tyler Grace Auctions LLC is not responsible for circumstances outside of their control.

UNSOLD ITEMS
Tyler Grace Auctions LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from a purchaser's failure to pay.

Any unsold items may, at the sole discretion of Tyler Grace Auctions LLC, be re-listed, donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of without further notice to the consignor.

ITEMS OF LITTLE OR NO VALUE
Tyler Grace Auctions LLC reserves the right to discard items that, in its opinion, are damaged, inappropriate, unsafe, or of little to no value.

Items deemed "junk" may be subject to a disposal fee of up to $200, which may be deducted from auction proceeds or invoiced directly to the consignor if auction proceeds are insufficient.

INDEMNIFICATION
The consignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tyler Grace Auctions LLC, its auctioneer, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, lawsuits, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Ownership disputes involving consigned items;
Damage to consigned property during loading, unloading, transportation, storage, cataloging, or sale;
Any injury, loss, or damage associated with the consigned items;
Any breach of this agreement by the consignor.
AGREEMENT
