Minimum Order
To qualify for event pricing, we require a minimum order of 12 items.
Payment
A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your order and event date. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to delivery or shipment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery & Shipping
Local Delivery (Milwaukee County): Free delivery on qualifying event orders.
Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination and will be included in your final invoice.
Order Fulfillment
Most event orders are completed within 2–5 weeks, depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure availability and allow ample time for personalization and delivery. To ensure availability and allow time for personalization, we recommend placing event orders at least 4–6 weeks before your event date.
If your event is approaching sooner, please contact us—we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our production schedule.
Cancellations & Changes
Because event orders are handcrafted and often customized, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. Changes to quantities, personalization, or packaging may be accommodated prior to production but cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Items
If any items arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace damaged items whenever possible.
