ASI Bradley Bayless Memorial Scholarship Fall 2026

Scholarship Criteria
- Must be a full time student enrolled and in good academic standing with the University at time of application.
- Current and past ASI Board members within one year are not eligible.
- Members of the ASI Memorial Scholarship Committee are not eligible.
- Student must have already completed one semester at Sacramento State at the time of application.
- No student should receive more than one ASI Memorial Scholarship per academic year.
- No student should receive more than $1,000 per semester in ASI Funded Scholarships and no more than (1) one ASI scholarship per semester.
Application Materials

Essays must not exceed 600 words. Submissions over this limit will be disqualified. Names or identifying information must not be included; if present, they will be redacted. All essays must be written in the provided text box in this application.

The criteria for the recipient of an ASI Bradley Bayless Memorial Scholarship shall answer the following:
- Former ASI Children’s Center staff member Bradley Bayless was an aspiring elementary school teacher who was incredibly passionate about serving children and early childhood education. We are looking for students who, like Bradley Bayless, exemplify a sincere dedication and aspiration to the work of teaching children.
