Below, please share information for you and your team so that our planning committee can
follow up with you to secure payment for your team's entry.

You can either register your full team through one form, or have your team submit individual
forms.

Please register your team by October 24th to ensure T-shirts are ordered on time.  

If you register your full team, be sure to include all of their info here. If your team is registering individually, please make sure to list the same 'team name' so we can make sure to group you altogether in a lane.

If you fill out a registration for your team, we will reach out to you as the point of contact for
follow up (as needed.)
