ISNA Canada is excited to host our 3rd Annual Street Food Festival on September 19 & 20, 2026!

Gather your friends and family as we bid farewell to summer with a fun-filled weekend of halal street food, entertainment, attractions, and community connection.

From traditional favourites and creative fusion dishes to refreshing beverages and delicious desserts, the Street Food Festival brings together a diverse selection of food vendors for two days of great food and community spirit.

If you’re interested in participating as a vendor, please complete the Vendor Interest Form below. Our team will contact you via email or phone within 5-7 business days after submission regarding your participation.

Dimensions of Booth

All vendors are required to provide their own table and chairs for their booth. If you do not own one, we can provide one to you for an additional cost of $50

All vendors are required to be housed under a weighted tent. If you do not own one, we can provide one to you for an additional cost of $200

A contract deposit of $100 is required from each vendor at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

Submitting this form does not confirm your spot as a vendor. All vendor requests will be confirmed or declined by e-mail after reviewing them
Vendor spots are limited and will be chosen based on the discretion of the organizers.
Full payment for the booth is due at the time of booking with the organizers.
Only items specified in the contract may be sold. Booth sharing by Vendors is not permitted.
Canopy and/or Tent with weights are mandatory for booth vendors; the vendor is responsible for arranging them.
Electricity and water will not be provided; vendors will be responsible for arranging their own electrical and water accommodations.
Organizers reserve the right to change Vendor locations as required, leading up to and on the day of the event.
Vendor Parking is not guaranteed.
Vendor Prices listed above are subject to change.
Vendors must cooperate by keeping all Vendor Areas clean.
Vendors will not be entitled to a refund or any part of any fee for any reason, including the inability to participate after acceptance.

All pertinent laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health and public safety must be strictly observed.
