AACE Fellows Nomination Form

Nominations are due by 12 August 2026.
AACE is now accepting nominations of new AACE Fellows. Before submitting a nomination, please carefully review the detailed criteria for AACE Fellows.

Please use the form below to submit a nomination for an outstanding member of the cancer education community to be an AACE Fellow. In the last section of the form, you will be required to attach the following:
- Your nomination letter, which must address how this candidate meets the Fellow criteria outlined in the detailed criteria linked above
- An endorsement letter from an AACE Fellow in good standing (if the nominator is not a current AACE Fellow)
- A personal statement from the candidate describing their qualifications for the Fellow criteria and how they plan to contribute to the mission and vision of AACE if selected
- A recent CV for the candidate
Self-nominations will not be accepted, and nominees must agree to maintaining membership in AACE in order to maintain and use the title of FAACE.
