Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance, residency, or lot reservation. OJO is currently in the development and planning phase. Community features, amenities, timelines, policies, and availability may change as the project evolves.

I understand that participation in the application process does not create a tenancy, lease agreement, ownership interest, partnership, or other legal right to occupy the property.
