1. When will I receive my order?
- Orders placed with J&T Express will be shipped every Friday (cut-off at 10 AM). For Lalamove or Grab deliveries, you may receive your order on the same day you place it, depending on availability.
2. What is the process if I select Grab or Lalamove?
- Please contact us via Facebook or email to receive our pickup location details. You may either book the Grab or Lalamove delivery yourself, or let us know if you would like us to arrange the booking on your behalf. The delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.
