Set-up Time:

NO SET UP ON FRIDAY - UNLESS YOU ARE SETTING UP DOWN BELOW IN THE KIDS AREA!!

Set up on Saturday - 6am-9am

Festival Hours: SATURDAY 10:00AM to 4:00 PM & SUNDAY 10am-3pm

Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.

- ALL of our events are RAIN OR SHINE. Unless it is bad weather then the event will be called off with no rain date, no refunds, and no credits to future events!

NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND!

-To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.

-We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.

*Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Angela Or Tyler Ludwig in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over.

-CHILDREN under 10 are Required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult.

-By submitting this form you agree that you will not hold Angela or Tyler Ludwig, the owners of the event location, other vendors or event participants responsible for theft, damage, injury or any other unexpected/unforeseen events.

PLEASE add yourself to the private page at the end. This is our ONLY way to communicate! If you do not add yourself to this group you will be missing out on VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Do you agree there will be **NO REFUNDS** of any kind unless I am denied. (Refund takes 1-3 business days). The ONLY way you will get denied is if you ignored our “FULL category” or if someone happens to have the same type of items as you that paid first. This doesn’t happen often!

I understand if I am “Denied” that I will receive a refund.

I agree if I bring ANY animal to this event that it’s on a leash. The animal cannot be harassing people or other animals. You will be asked to leave the event with your animal.

I understand this event is RAIN OR SHINE.

I understand that I will have to carry or dolly my things to my booth space. I will NOT be allowed to drive to my booth space if it rains prior to event day.
