Financial Assistance
Successful applicants will have their accommodation and meals provided for (from dinner on Tuesday, 19 January through to lunch on Friday, 22 January). Attendees are responsible for travel costs to and from the University of Waikato campus in Hamilton. Travel assistance may be available for those experiencing financial hardships.

Terms and Conditions
1. The SheENG 2027 programme is open to students who identify as female and are completing Year 12 in 2026 at a New Zealand secondary school. 2. Attendees must be 16 years old or over at the time of the programme, 17-22 January 2027. 3. The SheENG judging panel will select 64 students to attend the 2027 SheENG programme. 4. Applications received after the closing date will not be eligible for consideration. 5. Applications are limited to one per person. Any successful applicant who does not accept their place at SheENG 2027, or provide required information requested by the organisers by the due date will forfeit their place at SheENG, and a waitlisted applicant will be selected to attend. 6. Attendees are responsible for their travel to and from the University of Waikato, Hamilton Campus. 7. Financial assistance for travel expenses is available to successful applicants, at the approval and discretion of the organisers. 8. The University of Waikato will provide accommodation and meals during the programme, from dinner on Tuesday, 19 January through to lunch on Friday, 22 January. Any meals or accommodation beyond those provided will be at the attendee’s own expense. 9. Successful applicants are required to be on campus by 3pm on Tuesday 19 January. 10. The University of Waikato may capture photographs, video, and/or audio recordings during the event. I understand that these materials may be used by the University for marketing and publicity purposes, including but not limited to brochures, prospectuses, advertisements, websites, social media, and other digital or print media. I grant the University of Waikato permission to use any such images or recordings of me for these purposes.
