GENERAL INFO:

Petals & Stars will host shared-space Entrepreneur Day 4 Kids pop-up markets from 6 to 9 p.m. on July 7, 14, 21, and 28, at HarbourFest Shelter Cove Harbour, 13 Harbourside Lane, Hilton Head. Parents or legal guardians may register their child(ren), ages 16 and under, to participate as vendors and sell items to the public. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.

The vendor fee is $15 per vendor space.

Petals & Stars will provide one tent, one six-foot table with a table cover, and two chairs for up to two "small" businesses per event date. This is the maximum table size allowed per vendor. Due to limited space under the tent, please minimize additional chairs and personal items.

To give as many children as possible the opportunity to participate, each vendor may register for only ONE date. Additional dates may be offered later if openings become available.

Because space is limited, participation opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and each vendor will be limited to one date.

2026 HarbourFest Vendor Criteria and Regulations

-All boxes, supplies, extraneous materials, etc. must be hidden from site underneath covered tables, or stored off site.

-All signage is subject to approval. Hand-written signs are forbidden. All signage must be professionally printed and securely fastened to the tent. Easels and sandwich boards are not allowed outside of tented area.

-All vendors must display an overall professional and organized appearance. Although we do not have a written dress code, everyone associated with this event is expected to be professional, neat, clean, have good personal hygiene, and be unfailingly courteous and friendly. We reserve the right to have anyone removed from your table/booth that we believe is not a credit to the Event or your business and/or close down your booth permanently.

-Should vendors sell a similar product, pricing must be the same for all vendors (i.e. bottled water).

-All vendors must be completely set up and organized, ready for customers, by 5:30 p.m. at the latest. No exceptions.
