AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR THEATRE FESTIVAL (JTF) SUBMISSION FORM
From Term 3, Kaleidoscope Productions are opening up places for local young performers to join our 'Seussical JR' cast. Participants will join rehearsals throughout Term 3, leading into our October school holiday performance season from 7–10 October 2026, where they will take to the stage in Seussical JR. Following the production season, performers will also have the opportunity to represent Kaleidoscope Productions at the Australian Junior Theatre Festival (JTF) in Newcastle. The Australian Junior Theatre Festival is Australia’s only youth musical theatre festival, bringing together young performers from across the country for an unforgettable weekend of performances, workshops, and industry-led experiences. Our Kaleidoscope Productions team will travel to Newcastle for JTF on Friday 30 October and Saturday 31 October 2026, where they will perform selections from Seussical JR. and take part in the festival experience. The festival attendance fee is $160 per person, which includes official JTF registration and an exclusive festival t-shirt. To give families flexibility and help keep costs affordable, all travel and accommodation are organised independently. This allows you to choose options that best suit your budget and needs.
