We encourage young, female athletes aged 14+ as we focus on pelvic and period pain, along with coaches, parents/guardians and mentors to register to attend this talk.

    When: Wednesday 9th September
    Time: 6pm - 7pm
Location: RACV Royal Pines at Benowa

PPEP Talk® Sports is an engaging, age-appropriate and medically accurate program. It integrates modern neuroscience of pain and connects menstrual cycle information with training, aiming to empower and educate young athletes. PPEP Talk® addresses the number one priority of the National Action Plan for Endometriosis – education and awareness. PPEP Talk® Sports provides early intervention and supports girls, families, coaches, support personnel, and clubs at a time when pain is more easily managed, and the life effects of pain and missed sport attendance can be most efficiently minimised.
