    By submitting this admission form, the student/guardian agrees to follow the rules and regulations of Cloudzone Computer Institute, College Veng, Aizawl.

    1. Students must attend classes regularly and maintain discipline inside the institute.
    2. Students must come to class on time according to their selected batch schedule.
    3. Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during class hours and should not disturb the learning environment.
    4. Students must take proper care of computers, furniture, books, and all institute property. Any damage caused intentionally or due to carelessness may be charged to the student.
    5. Students are not allowed to install, delete, copy, or misuse any software, files, or system settings without permission.
    6. Internet access, if provided, must be used only for educational and training purposes.
    7. Students must respect teachers, staff members, and fellow students at all times.
    8. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Any special case will be considered only at the discretion of the institute.
    9. Course completion certificate will be issued only after the student completes the required classes, practical work, assignments, and/or examination as decided by the institute.
    10. The institute reserves the right to change class timing, batch schedule, course structure, or examination date when necessary.
    11. Absence for a long period without informing the institute may lead to cancellation or suspension of admission.
    12. Cloudzone Computer Institute may contact the student through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding admission, class updates, fees, exams, results, and institute notices.
    13. The information submitted in this form must be true and correct. If any false information is found, the institute has the right to cancel the admission.
