IRF Accelerate Application

The Incentive Research Foundation's Accelerate program is designed to develop mid-level Incentive professionals (primarily Manager level) through a year-long program for rising leaders. The program includes mentorship, service on an IRF committee, networking opportunities, and senior level volunteer opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: Individuals who are Director level or above, or already qualify to attend the Invitational as a buyer or supplier are overqualified for the Accelerate program. To become involved with the IRF, please consider applying to join a committee by completing the committee interest form.

The IRF is considering an in-person onboarding session in Banff, Tuesday January 26- Thursday, January 28, 2027. Please indicate your ability to attend this session if it is held. Note air and hotel are funded through the IRF and partners.
Accelerate applicants are expected to attend the Annual Invitational scheduled for June 1 - 4, 2027 at the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, CA. Please indicate your ability to attend and fully participate in all Invitational education sessions, evening events, and general sessions. Note air and hotel are funded through IRF and partners.
If unable to attend the Invitational due to special circumstances, please explain.
