If you’re looking for a competitive game in a safe family environment, whilst having loads of fun, then South Coast Action Sports is the place for you. All you need is committed players.

Teams are graded into league’s best suited for them, prior to the start of the league. To ensure that your team is placed in the correct grade, all new teams will be required to play two (2)-grading games. Please ensure that your Registration form is in before grading games start.

TERMS & CONDITION OF PLAY

Game Fees are as listed above. Pay Before you play.
Registration Fee to be paid by the third league game.
Game changes will only be considered in extreme circumstances (require one weeks notice)
All league games must be played in order to qualify for finals.
Management has the sole discretion to move a team within leagues.
Any team that forfeits a game within 48 hours is liable for the cost of the court, i.e. both teams court fees and must be paid in full before the next league game.
Teams withdrawing from the league will be liable for R4500-00 withdrawal fee.
Teams who no show or forfeit 3 times will be withdrawn from the league and charged the withdrawal fee.
Please supply our admin staff with any preferences regarding fixtures and will try our best to accommodate you.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby irrevocably indemnify and keep identified the Owner/Management against all loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, injury and or death, cost, interest and expense which the Owner/ Management may hereafter be held liable for, pay, incur or sustain in connection with any action, proceedings or claim being instituted against it by any party whomsoever, including the legal guardian of the minor child, directly or indirectly arising from or related to the use of all Action Sports facilities. In respect of all players involved in the above mentioned team including all minors. It is expressly agreed that the Owner/Management in its sole discretion may resolve any action; proceedings or claims instituted against it and all including the legal guardian shall abide and perform accordingly.

Constitutional requirements, necessitates that all individuals/companies acknowledge our terms of service.

In the event of the account not being timeously settled in full by the applicant/undersigned, then interest at a rate of 2% per month on outstanding balance is payable thereon, until the date on which it is settled in full. I hereby choose email or sms as communication methods for all accounts and notices for services supplied.

I/We undertake to be liable for all legal cost between attorney or debt collectors and the company as well as tracing collection fees due, should it be necessary for legal action to be taken for the recovery of any amounts owing. I/we consent to your being entitled to obtain credit and related information concerning myself/company at any time, and exchange/lodge and disclose such information with any credit bureau without any further notice to me/company. I/we consent that you may use a nation credit database for tracing purposes should I abscond.
