Each attendee must complete this form to register for the Summer Institute. 

 

If you attending the Summer Institute with other individuals from your institution working together on a project, please include each person’s name, title, and email address. This will help us group your team with the appropriate Faculty Expert.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration (registration before July 1, 2026)- $125

Registration (after July 1, 2026)- $150

 

Note: We recognize that some institutions do not permit you to register and pay for events that will occur in the next fiscal year. If this is the case for your institution, please indicate "I need to wait until July 1" at payment so that we can charge you after the start of the new fiscal year. NOTE: This will add an additional step to your registration process. 

Individuals/groups at the Summer Institute will be working on action plans to improve advising at their institutions. Prior to the Summer Institute, your group should identify a problem or project for your institution which you would like to explore during the Summer Institute.

Refund Policy:

• Prior to June 30, 2026: A refund of conference fees, less a $50 administrative fee, will be made with a written request. 
• After July 1, 2026: Due to facility and institute obligations, no refunds are given.

Form Submission Policy:
This form should be completed by each member of your delegation. A person will need to be identified as the "primary contact" for your delegation. If members of your delegation needs to be charged together in one payment, please send an email to treasurer@arkaaninc.org and request an individual invoice be created.
