🎪 Event Overview

Join us for a community shopping experience featuring 50+ vendors, local businesses, artists, creators, and food vendors from across the region.

Music guests will be announced on Instagram at a later date.

💵 Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $175 per space. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required upon approval to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid by 7/11/26 to the event.

If you are submit and are approved the week of the event the full balance is due.

⚠️ Vendor Setup Requirements
Vendors are responsible for bringing all display equipment, including clothing racks, tables, shelves, and any other setup fixtures needed for their space. Tables and clothing racks will not be provided.

🔌 Electricity
Electricity will not be available at this event.

☀️ Outdoor Event Notice
This event will be held outdoors. We strongly recommend bringing a tent or canopy to help protect your setup from sun and weather conditions.

📏 Vendor Space
Each vendor space is approximately 10 ft x 10 ft. Space dimensions may vary slightly based on event layout and vendor placement.
