Registrationcheck in begins: 8:00 a.m.
First Game Tip-Off: 9:00 a.m.

4th - 6th Grade
7th - 8th Grade
High School
OpenAdult

If it rains, High School and Adult division will be moved to Roosevelt School

Format: Double Elimination Tournament

Entry Fee $100 per 4 person team.

WAIVER By registering for the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament: I acknowledge that participation involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls and collisions. I voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage sustained during this activity. I hereby release and hold harmless the City of Casey, Casey Township Park District, the Tournament Coordinators, Casey-Westfield School District and the Casey Popcorn Festival, its instructors and volunteers from any and all liability or claims arising from my participation. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate. In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary at my own expense. I also grant permission for the use of any photos or videos taken during this tournament
