Wheelhouse Vetting Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the MN Wheelhouse Collective. In order to maintain a safe space for our conversations, it is important for us to know who is joining our collective. This is the first step in a two step vetting process. All responses to this form will be encrypted and only designated vetting members will be able to see your answers. Once you submit your answers to the questions below and click 'submit', you will be directed to our Signal waiting room. You will need to accept the connection to get in. Once, in our waiting room, a member will contact you to learn more. They may ask to video chat with you. Once you are vetted, you will be added to the main chat and you can introduce yourself to the rest of the group. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we keep each other safe.
