EAST TEXAS TOUCHDOWN QUEENS Player Waiver & Agreement. I understand that participation in East Texas Touchdown Queens (ETTQ) flag football involves physical activity and carries risks, including injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with practices, games, training sessions, travel, and league activities. I release and hold harmless East Texas Touchdown Queens, its directors, coaches, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and facility owners from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. I grant ETTQ permission to use photographs and videos of me for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I agree to follow all league rules and conduct myself with respect and sportsmanship. Bullying, harassment, fighting, threats, excessive drama, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or removal from the league without refund. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
