Submission of this Waitlist Form does not constitute a breeding contract, reservation, or guarantee of a breeding to DUAL EQUIS for the 2027 breeding season.
Early Booking Contracts are anticipated to be distributed via email in August 2026 to individuals on the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist grants the applicant the opportunity to receive an Early Booking Contract prior to public release but does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or receipt of a contract.
Only the first thirty (30) applicants who execute and return their Early Booking Contract and submit the required non-refundable booking fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) within seven (7) calendar days of contract issuance will secure a 2027 Early Booking position and the discounted Early Booking Stallion Fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
Contracts not signed and returned with the required booking fee within seven (7) calendar days of issuance shall be considered null and void, and the Early Booking opportunity may be offered to another applicant on the waitlist without further notice.
The $500.00 booking fee shall be applied toward the total stallion fee. The booking fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied to any other mare, breeding season, stallion, or contract.
Applicants selected for an Early Booking Contract will be required to comply with all terms, conditions, fees, and requirements of the designated breeding facility for the 2027 breeding season. Additional chute fees, shipping fees, collection fees, and any other applicable breeding facility fees will be the responsibility of the Mare Owner at the time of breeding.
Submission of this Waitlist Form does not create any obligation on the part of the Stallion Owner to offer, sell, or reserve a breeding to DUAL EQUIS.
