The 2027 Early Booking Stallion Fee for DUAL EQUIS is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). To secure the 2027 Early Booking rate, the Mare Owner must submit a signed Early Booking Agreement together with a non-refundable initial payment of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), which shall be applied toward the total 2027 Early Booking Stallion Fee. No reservation shall be secured until both the signed Agreement and required initial payment have been received and accepted.
This Agreement reserves one (1) of the thirty (30) available 2027 Early Booking positions, subject to timely execution of this Agreement and receipt of the required initial payment.
The signed Early Booking Agreement and required initial payment must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the date the Agreement is issued. Failure to return the executed Agreement and required initial payment within seven (7) calendar days shall automatically render this Agreement null and void, and the Early Booking rate and reservation shall be forfeited without further notice.
The $500.00 initial payment shall be applied toward the total 2027 Early Booking Stallion Fee. The remaining balance of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) shall be due prior to the first semen collection or shipment. The initial payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be credited toward any future breeding season, substitute stallion, substitute owner, or other contract.
At the time this Early Booking Agreement is executed, the official breeding facility for the 2027 breeding season has not yet been designated. Once a breeding facility has been selected and its official breeding contracts, policies, and procedures have been finalized, the Mare Owner will receive the designated breeding facility's contract together with all applicable breeding information and instructions.
Execution of the designated breeding facility's contract is mandatory and shall be a condition of receiving breeding services. The Mare Owner agrees to execute and return all required breeding contracts, forms, and supporting documentation within the time period specified by the designated breeding facility and to comply with all terms, conditions, deadlines, breeding requirements, collection policies, shipping policies, veterinary requirements, chute fees, shipping fees, and any other provisions established by the designated breeding facility.
Failure to execute the designated breeding facility's contract or otherwise comply with the designated breeding facility's requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the initial payment.
This Agreement reserves only the Mare Owner's right to the 2027 Early Booking rate and does not guarantee semen availability, collection dates, shipment dates, or breeding services except as provided under the designated breeding facility's contract and policies.
The Mare Owner acknowledges that any booking fees (if applicable), chute fees, shipping fees, veterinary fees, and any other charges required by the designated breeding facility are separate from the DUAL EQUIS 2027 Early Booking Stallion Fee and shall be paid directly to the designated breeding facility in accordance with its policies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall become binding upon execution by both parties and receipt of the required initial payment.
Initial Payment
A non-refundable initial payment of $500.00, which is applied toward the 2027 Early Booking Stallion Fee, is due with the signed Early Booking Agreement.
